Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice Process roles across multiple locations in India. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in customer support and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice process and assist customers with resolving their queries
  • Listen to and understand customer requirements effectively
  • Provide product and service-related information to customers
  • Deliver end-to-end customer support and solutions
  • Ask relevant probing questions wherever required
  • Accurately capture customer information and interaction details
  • Follow up as per escalation matrix till closure
  • Stay updated with product, process, and service knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality parameters
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders, SMEs, and team members
  • Maintain schedule adherence and professionalism
  • Handle irate or demanding customers tactfully whenever required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / HSC / Graduation
  • Freshers are eligible to apply
  • Age: 18 years and above

Required Skills

  • Good communication and telephone etiquette
  • Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge and internet familiarity
  • Typing Skills: Minimum 15 WPM with 75% accuracy
  • Good process orientation and system thinking

Language Requirement

  • English & Hindi
  • Local regional language preferred
