Job Description

Job Role:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Hospital Call Center (Inbound Process). The role involves handling inbound calls from patients, providing information about hospital services, and assisting with appointment bookings.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from patients and attendants
  • Provide information about hospital services and doctors
  • Book and reschedule appointments
  • Update call details in the system
  • Handle calls politely and professionally
  • Escalate issues when required

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

Candidates must speak any three of the following languages:

  • English
  • Hindi
  • Telugu
  • Bengali

Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Freshers can apply
  • Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Service is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
