Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Pune. The Customer Care Executive will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, address their inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, resolving customer issues, engaging in effective communication, and assisting in sales support to promote company offerings and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Sales and client relationship management
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune and handle customer interactions professionally
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ownership of a 2 wheeler
