Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our domestic call center team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.

Experience of 0-2 year in a domestic call center
Qualifications
- Minimum graduate
- Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English communication skills.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
