We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support our US-based clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, adaptability to night shifts, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for US customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in international customer service, BPO, or call center preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
