We are seeking a Customer Care Executive for our international voice support team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through voice interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and issues via international voice calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries have been resolved satisfactorily.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
