Job Description

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, providing prompt and accurate assistance.

Query Resolution:

  • Understand customer issues and deliver appropriate solutions while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering service excellence and following communication best practices.

Call Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed call logs and adhere to standard operating procedures during and after each interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • Any Graduate or Undergraduate is eligible to apply.

Experience:

  • Open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in a customer support or voice process role.

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Work Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business needs.
