We are hiring Customer Care Executive for a leading International Logistics Company in Saidapet

We're seeking a skilled Customer Care Executive to manage bookings for a leading international logistics and courier company in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and issues related to logistics services
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales) to ensure seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information
  
  

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in customer service or logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
  

Salary

• Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month, which is competitive with industry standards.
  
  

Work Location: Saidapet,Chennai.
