Role Description
Inficore Soft is looking for an empathetic, patient, and well-spoken Customer Care Executive Intern to be the voice of our company. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our software products and resolving their queries with speed and professional grace. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to develop elite communication and problem-solving skills in a professional tech environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Query Management: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex cases to the technical team.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Inficore Soft's software features to provide proactive support and how-to guidance to users.
Feedback Collection: Document common customer pain points and suggestions to help our product team improve the user experience.
Record Keeping: Update customer interaction logs in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in any discipline (Business, Communications, and Arts are preferred).
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English; ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Soft Skills: High level of emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using multi-channel support tools, Google Workspace, and basic CRM software.
Availability: Must be able to commit to full-time remote hours and maintain a stable internet connection.
