Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage participant and client queries across our running events. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth experience for runners, partners, and stakeholders before, during, and after races.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer queries received via email and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Manage tickets and communications using Freshdesk or similar customer support software
• Maintain accurate customer and client records and ensure proper follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve event-related issues
• Prepare basic reports on queries, resolutions, and response timelines
• Support on-ground customer coordination during race events when required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer support or client handling preferred
• Familiarity with Freshdesk / CRM / ticketing tools
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable with travel during the running season for race-day support

Work Structure:

• 6-day work week
• 2 days Work From Home (basis operational requirements)
• Travel required during race seasons
