Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound international voice calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow process guidelines and adhere to quality and compliance standards
  • Document call details and customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Meet performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and attendance
  • Adapt to rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate freshers are eligible to apply
  • Experienced graduates and experienced undergraduates can apply
  • Prior experience in international voice process is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs
