Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice - Customer Support Executives.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher or any BPO related experience. (10+2 undergraduates can apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Handling and resolving customer complaints.
Providing information about products and services.
Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
