Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad requires a Customer Care Executive for the Mutual Fund/Stock Broking domain.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, excellent verbal and writing skill, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries, addressing service issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
The role also involves regular communication with customers and supporting sales initiatives to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Mutual Fund/stock broking and client engagement strategies
- Ability to handle queries with professionalism and patience
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Experience in the financial services industry, especially in mutual funds or stock broking, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
