Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Department: Customer Experience

Reporting To: Customer Support Manager

Role Summary

Enerjazz is hiring a Customer Care Executive who will be the first point of contact for our existing battery customers. You will handle outbound support calls, payment reminders, and feedback collection while ensuring customers feel respected, supported, and guided.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders, service checks, and feedback.
  • Greet customers politely and professionally as the Enerjazz brand voice.
  • Provide clarity on payment dates, payment modes, and late fee rules.

Data Logging & Reporting

  • Update all call outcomes in the CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Record customer issues and escalate them to relevant teams.
  • Maintain accuracy in payment status updates.

Support Quality & Discipline

  • Follow scripts and SOPs during calls.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call volume targets.
  • Maintain high levels of politeness, patience, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • Clear Hindi communication; polite and customer-friendly tone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Sheets, WhatsApp workflows).
  • Ability to handle repetitive calls without dropping quality.

Good to Have

  • Experience in customer service or telecalling.
  • Experience in collections, loans, or EMI-based services.
  • English-speaking ability.

KPIs You Will Own

  • Call Accuracy: > 95%
  • Daily Call Completion Target: 100%
  • EMI Reminder Compliance Rate: > 90%
  • CSAT (Positive Customer Feedbacks): > 5 per week

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support/coordination.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, basic CRM systems, and sales tracking.
  • Strong Hindi communication; relationship-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, disciplined, and committed to follow-through.

Good to Have

  • Experience in EV, two-wheeler/three-wheeler, or battery distribution.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Leadsquared, or similar tools.
  • Basic data analysis skills.

  • CRM Data Accuracy: > 99%
  • Lead Follow-up Timeliness: 100%
  • Dealer Meeting Coordination Accuracy: > 98%
  • Daily/Weekly Dashboard Submission: 100%
