As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge with peers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
