Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues related to memberships, bookings, payments, and app usage
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer support platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer support, sales, or growth roles
  • Familiarity with fitness/wellness industry
