Role Overview
The Customer Experience will play a dual role in supporting customer queries and contributing
to growth initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and
a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues related to memberships, bookings, payments, and app usage
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer support platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer support, sales, or growth roles
- Familiarity with fitness/wellness industry
