This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include providing consistent and exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring prompt communication through various channels. As a vital point of contact, the Customer Care Executive will also play a role in driving customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and aligning solutions effectively. Supporting sales processes and creating positive client experiences are part of the routine tasks of this position.

• Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction levels
• Strong communication abilities for clear and effective client interaction
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
• Prior experience in healthcare or fertility services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or industry-related certification is preferred
