Working hours

• Monday–Friday: 12:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m., with scheduled lunch and tea breaks.
• Saturday: 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., without a scheduled break.
• Sunday: Weekly off.
• All timings are in Indian Standard Time (IST).

About the role

Unogeeks offers professional IT training courses, including Oracle, SAP FICO, SAP ABAP, and Data Science. We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to handle course enquiries, explain course details, and follow up with prospective learners. This is a full-time work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and promptly call people who have expressed interest in our courses.
• Understand learners requirements and explain course content, fees, batch timings, and admission steps.
• Arrange demo sessions and coordinate with the administration and training teams.
• Follow up with interested learners and support them through enrolment.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and callback commitments.

Requirements

• Strong spoken communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Good listening skills, patience, and consistent follow-up.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Experience in customer care, telecalling, inside sales, or education counselling is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about our IT courses; technical expertise is not required.

Work-from-home requirements

• Access to a laptop with a working webcam, reliable internet, and a suitable headset.
• A quiet workspace suitable for professional customer calls.
• Log in from your laptop and remain connected to a Zoom meeting with your camera on throughout working hours, except during scheduled breaks.
• Use the company's designated calling setup, which allows the manager to listen to customer calls live for supervision, training, and quality assurance.
