Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through voice calls and emails, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns via email and phone.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Focus on customer retention by providing excellent service and building positive customer relationships.
  • Raise and track support tickets against customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
