Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site customer care executive role, based in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional support. Daily tasks will include handling customer communication, resolving service-related concerns, calling the customers for orders, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer Support and Communication
  • Analytical Skills to understand customer needs and improve service quality
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
