Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site customer care executive role, based in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for addressing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional support. Daily tasks will include handling customer communication, resolving service-related concerns, calling the customers for orders, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.
