Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Yara Electronics Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and service-related details.
  • Register and resolve customer complaints within the specified timeline.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are solved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems.
  • Assist customers with service requests, warranty claims, and product support.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth customer operations.
  • Achieve customer care performance targets as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone while interacting with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any degree / Diploma preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in customer support is an advantage.
