Job Description

We're hiring a Customer Care Executive to join our team in a voice process role. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with up to three years of calling experience. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, providing support and ensuring a positive experience. This is a day-shift position with a salary range of 21,000 to 30,000 CTC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle customer calls and inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing information.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen to customer issues and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communication: Use your strong communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all call details and customer interactions in the system.
