Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level candidates to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others.
