We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for our Bengali Process to provide exceptional support to our customers. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries in Bengali via phone, email, and chat.
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Updating customer information in the database accurately.
Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in Bengali (spoken and written) is a must.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
