Customer Care Executive - Bengali Language

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who is fluent in Bengali to join our one of the top BPO's in Bangalore. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our Bengali-speaking customers, providing them with the support they need.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries in Bengali via phone.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Bengali (spoken)is mandatory.
• Proficient in English for communication purposes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
