Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role located in Sarjapur road. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure a positive dining experience, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, and resolving customer-related issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include providing impeccable customer service, managing reservations, gathering and addressing customer feedback, and assisting with ensuring a seamless dining experience in collaboration with other team members.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to build rapport and manage customer interactions effectively
- Basic Sales skills and a customer-focused mindset to support business goals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address customer concerns
- Teamwork, reliability, and adaptability in a dynamic restaurant environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field is advantageous
