Role Brief:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our team as
Customer Care Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer
queries via phone and chat, providing accurate product and service information, and
ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to
resolve issues promptly and contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduates from all streams are eligible).
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship or customer service experience will be an
advantage.
