Responsibilities :
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Supplying accurate and timely information about our insurance products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently, always striving for customer service excellence.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using contact management tools and CRM software.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Education Qualification: Any Graduate i.e. 10+2+3
