Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive to handle outbound and inbound customer interactions for both international and domestic clients. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to manage high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism. The candidate should be process-driven, target-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers across India.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Manage customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Follow up with leads, enquiries, and pending cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
  • Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader/Manager when required.
  • Maintain professionalism and adherence to process guidelines.
  • Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a voice process / call centre / telecalling role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, email).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Language proficiency: Telugu & Hindi or Malayalam & Hindi (mandatory).
  • Willingness to work from the office in Chennai.
