Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking professional, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing bookings for hazardous goods shipments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and documentation standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams; reviewing and processing shipping documents; tracking shipments; and ensuring flawless communication with all stakeholders throughout the transportation process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in booking, tracking, and processing shipments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for customer interaction and team management
• Attention to detail and ability to review and manage documentation accurately
• Experience in working with shipping and logistics management software
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous experience in handling hazardous materials or logistics is an advantage
