We're Hiring: Customer Care Associate – Travel Health Process

Location: Jaipur (on-site)

Work experience : 6 months to 1 year

Salary: Up to ₹33,000 – ₹35,000/month

Working Days: 5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts & Weekly Off

Role Overview

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Travel Health Process team. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related healthcare support, handling queries, bookings, modifications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions
  • Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and service requests
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Work efficiently on multiple systems and tools
  • Ensure accurate data management and compliance adherence

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset with high empathy levels
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Prior BPO/customer service experience preferred
  • Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Process and expereince with GDS
  • Relevant experience letter is mandatory
  • Candidates should be comfortable with the offered salary bracket
