We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phones in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
