Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹3.96 LPA – ₹4.20 LPA (Up to ₹33,000 – ₹35,000/month)
5.5 Working Days | Rotational Shifts & Weekly Offs

What You'll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via calls and emails
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations & travel support requests
- Resolve customer concerns professionally with empathy and accuracy
- Work on GDS platforms and internal systems efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records while following compliance guidelines
Who Can Apply
✔ Candidates with 6 months – 1 year of experience in an International BPO/International Voice Process
✔ Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is mandatory
✔ Excellent spoken & written English communication skills
✔ Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment
✔ Must have valid experience documents from previous employers
✔ Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
