Job Title: Customer Care Associate (Voice Process)
Job Description-
Provide assistance, resolve queries, and offer solutions to customer issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.
Identify and assess customers needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when necessary and follow up on resolutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while addressing customer inquiries or issues.

Work mode: Hybrid mode
Languages:
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is required.
Typing Speed:
Typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM)
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualifications: 10+2, Diploma, or Any Graduate (Except B.Tech)
Shift Timings:
Rotational Shifts (Any 9 hours between 6:00 AM and 11:45 PM)
For female employees: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
