We are looking for a versatile and professionalCustomer Care & Admin Executiveto join our team. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service regarding their loan accounts or financial queries. Additionally, you will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by managing administrative tasks and documentation.Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Care & Support
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins regarding loan products, repayments, and account status.
- Resolve customer grievances and issues with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/System.
- Follow up with customers for document collection or payment reminders as needed.
2. Office Administration
- Manage front-desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling couriers/mail.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for loan documents and KYC records.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor payments, and general facility maintenance.
- Assist the management team with scheduling meetings and basic data entry/reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education:Graduate in any stream (Commerce background preferred).
- Experience:13 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Desk, or Administration (experience in Banking/NBFC is a big plus).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in [Insert Language, e.g., English, Hindi, or Local Language].
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
