Job Description

Summary:

The Customer Service Support Specialist provides essential support across pre-sales, ensuring smooth order management, service scheduling, and effective customer communication. This role involves handling inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Strong problem-solving are key to success

You will be reporting to : TEAM LEADER, CUSTOMER CARE Noida location

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details.
  • Manage order entries, delivery schedules, and project coordination.
  • Schedule calls and follow up on service requests.
  • Handle requests for company materials and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and product changes.
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests with stakeholders.
  • Handle customer calls on email and phone calls.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
  • work collaboratively across teams
  • 3+ years of experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users and accuracy in data handling
  • Basic Knowledge in excel (can perform complex functions) and Power BI

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or CRM tools.
  • 3+ years experience in customer support or order management.
