Customer Calling Marketing Executive

We are hiring a motivated and confident Customer Calling Marketing Executive (Female) who will be responsible for outbound calling to potential and existing clients, promoting products/services, and generating leads. This is a dynamic, voice-based marketing role focused on customer engagement and conversion support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Deliver marketing messages clearly using predefined scripts and natural conversation.
• Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and requirements.
• Maintain CRM entries and follow up on leads to support sales conversion.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team as required.
• Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and leads.
• Share insights on customer feedback and competitor activity.
