Job Title: Customer Calling Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Nottingham Homz Project Site

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Calling Executive with a real estate background to join our team at Nottingham Homz. The primary responsibility will be to conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers and schedule their site visits at our project location.

Key Responsibilities:

Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers.

Schedule and confirm site visits at the Nottingham Homz project.

Maintain and update the customer database on a daily basis.

Follow up with customers to ensure visit attendance and collect feedback.

Coordinate with the sales team to share details of scheduled site visits.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and scheduled visits.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and build a rapport with customers over the phone.

Organized and target-driven approach.

Basic computer knowledge for updating reports and records.

Experience: 1–2 years in real estate telecalling or customer coordination.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
