Job Description Customer Assurance

Job Purpose AAC collection, Facilitate Bookings, Relationship building, Collecting Leads,

EMI collections.

Responsibilities:

o Holiday Planning: Meeting customers for facilitating holiday bookings and

eventually collecting AAC / ASF.

o Collection :Meeting customers through field visits and collection of overdue EMIs

and ASF / AAC

o Retention: Meeting customers who have sent a cancelation request, resolve their

issues and retain them.

o Relationship Building Calls & Attending Branch Walk ins

o Revenue Enhancement: Relationship building and increasing revenue by way of

foreclosures and payment plan change.

o Generating Referrals: Post-holiday calls are made to obtain member feedback and

generate referrals and leads.

Reports to be prepared:

Daily ASF / AAC MIS & EMI collection MIS

Weekly Customer Visits Tracker.

A valid two wheeler driving license and two wheeler must.

Willing to go for customer visits & meetings.
