Partnering closely with Data, Mar-Tech, and Brand teams, we use our Orchestration Engine to activate firstparty data responsibly and at scale, ensuring communica-tions are timely, relevant and compliant. About the team The Customer Analytics & Insights team transforms customer data into actionable insights that optimize multi-channel journeys. Providing measurement, segmentation, and experimentation frameworks to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. Purpose of the role The Customer Analytics & Insights Associate Director owns the Analytics strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment for the Cus-tomer Analytics & Insights team. This role transforms data into actionable insights that optimize multi-channel journeys, improve en-gagement, conversion, and retention, and guide decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities . Define the Analytics strategy, roadmap, and measurement frameworks for multi-channel journeys. . Own stakeholder alignment and ensure business needs translate into Analytics priorities. . Oversee dashboard development, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting. . Guide segmentation strategy, audience scoring, and lifecycle frameworks. . Lead the experimentation program including A/B and multivariate test design and interpretation. . Partner with the centralized data team for new data pipeline development needs. . Partner with VOC teams to integrate customer feedback into analytical models. . Publish quarterly insights and optimization recommendations to senior leadership. Experience and Qualification . 14+ years of extensive experience in Analytics, data strategy, or customer insights leadership. . Strong expertise in segmentation models, KPI frameworks, and marketing Analytics . . Hands-on experience with experimentation design (A/B, MVT, incrementality). . Experience with CDPs, orchestration platforms, and multi-channel journey Analytics . . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. . Ability to translate complex Analytics into business recommendations.
