About NextBiz Digital

NextBiz Digital is a growing performance marketing agency helping businesses generate leads, increase sales, and scale through Paid Advertising, SEO, Website Development, and Digital Marketing Solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Acquisition Manager who can build and execute a complete customer acquisition system for our agency.

What You'll Do

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Identify and connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls and sales meetings.
- Present NextBiz Digital's services and solutions to prospects.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Close new business deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and improve sales processes, scripts, and outreach strategies.
- Train and guide junior Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Work closely with the founder to drive agency growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
- Proven experience with cold calling and cold email outreach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience selling digital marketing, SEO, website development, SaaS, IT services, or related services is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.
