Role Overview

The Customer Acquisition Executive will be part of the Customer Acquisition Team (CAT) and will own outbound and inbound prospecting for a defined technology segment. This role focuses on building qualified pipeline by engaging technical and security leaders through personalized, multi-channel outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own prospect outreach through outbound prospecting for a defined technology segment. (DevOps/Developers, DevSecOps/Security Practitioners, and key decision makers).
  • Research target accounts, tech stacks, and security posture to personalize outreach.
  • Run multi-channel prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects based on technical fit, business pain, and buying intent.
  • Book high-quality meetings with Account Executives.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Works closely with Marketing Managers on persona-based messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay current on cloud, DevOps, and security trends relevant to your segment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, and Digital Outreach Platforms
  • Excellent Communication abilities for client interactions and collaborations
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to assess customer data and develop strategies
  • Previous experience in customer acquisition, inside sales, or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
