*Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Acquisition Executives to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience by assisting users with account-related queries, memberships, payments, and overall platform support. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, patient, and confident in English communication.

*Key Responsibilities

1. Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat channels in a professional manner

2. Assist customers with profile updates, memberships, subscriptions, payments, and platform-related guidance

3. Resolve customer issues efficiently by providing accurate and timely information

4. Ensure every interaction is properly logged with complete and correct details in the system

5. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, compliance guidelines, and communication protocols

6. Deliver empathetic and solution-oriented support to enhance customer satisfaction

7. Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support, billing, or escalation teams when required

8. Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate complex cases as per defined procedures

9. Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

10. Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information at all times

*Shift Details

Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts

Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts (any 9-hour shift)

*Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Linguistic candidates preferred; additional language skills will be an added advantage

*Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or contact center roles is an advantage but not mandatory

Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound interactions

Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach

Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
