Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role includes overseeing the scalability and performance of solutions to align with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver impactful software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• 5+ years of Java/J2EE enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot, React / API including MVC, Security, JDBC/JPA
• Experience with messaging/event technologies such as Kafka, JMS, MQ, or Event Hub
• Good knowledge of RDBMS, e.g., PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Experience with Git, JUnit and CI/CD
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, especially GitHub Copilot (GHCP)
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Azure or other public cloud exposure
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Candidate is required to work from Pune client office Kharadi 3 days a week
• A 15 years full time education is required.
