In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
• Experience in managing software development lifecycles and delivering high-quality custom solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective, innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring software reliability under varying loads.
