Role:Java L3 Support Engineer responsible for production incident management, environment management, and structured knowledge transfer within a global banking technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
