The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives and to foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Role: DevOps Engineer with Java skills responsible for improving operational stability, reliability, and incident management of APAC algorithmic trading systems within the agency trading technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment practices.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
