The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to the role, as it involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and effective software outcomes.
