As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with evolving business goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products. The lead actively monitors progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Establish and enforce best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless deployment.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system architecture and performance.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with database design, SQL, and data management principles.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures.
• Competence in version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

• This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
