Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate software components and optimize system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with database design, SQL, and data management principles.
- Understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices for scalable application design.
- Ability to implement automated testing and continuous integration processes.
